Finally, the racing season is upon us. The event that traditionally starts off the American motorsports calendar at Daytona, the world center of speed begins this Wednesday when the Rolex Sportscar Series competitors unload their machines. The 40th inauguration of this international event should prove to be one of the most memorable as an unusually diverse field of Prototypes and Grand Touring racers will all challenge both the elements and time to deterime a champion. This year, Rick DiIorio and his fellow drivers in the #35 Zip Racing Porsche 911 will tempt fate and the Gods of racing to perhaps become the next to wear the Rolex crown, and the brand new Limited Edition Rolex watches that come with such title.
